Love the way you combines pretty much all of the origin scenarios into a really workable one. It's totally believable, and even gives leeway for the other mechanised lifeforms supposedly present on Cybertron to evolve (hey, the sparks were already there, they could have eventually got themselves primitive bodies and evolved into the animal-types that get referenced).
You should send a copy of this to the writers currently working on Transformers - it might end up as canon.
