He's my first custom pony. But I wanna do an Ithaqua one now. ^.^ I have plans to raid my mother's attic and aquire more victims to turn into other Lovecraftian horrors.
Lately I've been making leather masks, and I've been horribly tempted by a Cthulhu one, but alas, would take more leather than I have right now. Wigthulhu is a good substitute. :3
Years ago when I found my old ponies again, I tried to make a custom one, but well... I threw it away then, and gave the other ponies to someone who collects them. ^^° Good luck with other Cthulhu-ponies. :p I’d love to see more. *hrhr*
Wow… you’re so skilled. I totally suck at making something like masks or corsets (ultharkitty makes corsets. I’m not that bad at making Cosplay, as log as it is nothing I need to sew. :p
I'm a horrible seamstress. o.o I know how to sew, but my patience just doesn't lend itself to sewing. I've tried to make bodices, but yeahhh... blech.
non-fandom crafties at my personal journal. I tend to pick up art projects and obsess over them for a few months before I find a new one. Been masks for about a month now, before that was copper/brass jewelry, before that beaded jewelry, and before that chainmail in all its wonderful forms. I need more spare time (and a sleep machine), then I wouldn't have to choose just one project to play with.

May I add that journal of yours? :) Ah, journaling, that’s something I do, but mostly text journal stuff with a few pictures and such. ^^° I know that with the changing obsession, though. I had that a lot in the past, too… ._. A 36 hours day would be helpful, wouldn’t it? :p
Um, I once made a pillow? Yeah, that's about the most successful sewing project I've ever done. If it doesn't involve pliers at some point, it's just not for me. If it also involves a hammer, I'm in love. :3 I love making things, but I always end up with way more than I'll ever use/want, so I take 'em to renfaires. Much fun, and "I'm selling it at faire!" makes my mom stop asking me what I'm going to do with thirty necklaces and a roll of leather.
Add away. It's only my "personal" journal in that it's not about fandom. These days, I use it to post pictures, fiddle with memes when I'm bored and sometimes complain.
Mine was a Cosplay with red latex stuff which I had to sew by hand… Urgh, my fingertips hurt after that marathon. *lol* *rofl* a hammer is always good. Yay for violent crafting. :p
*lol* Having an excuse is always good. :p And a bit additional money can’t be bad, too.
A hammer, an itty bitty anvil, and several sets of three different type of pliers. And wire cutters. And now, leather punches and exacto knives! I has a little tool box just for arts. :3
<.< The day I make money at renfaire will be happy day indeed. It nearly offsets the expenses right now. But as I would have gone and incurred most of those expenses anyway, hey, that's fine with me. ^.^
Does this drawing involve tentacles or gothic horror in any way? If so, I approve. Completely. ...I probably approve anyway, but am on a Lovecraft kick.
